Contrary to likely perception, the Martin Backpacker is constructed of solid woods. It features a spruce top over sapele back and sides, with non-scalloped spruce bracing enforcing the Backpacker’s top. It also features a select hardwood neck with hand-rubbed satin finish, FCS Certified Richlite fingerboard with 15 fully accessible frets, and 1.6875″ corian nut. A Martin gig bag is also included.
